吹风及集成控制系统 Quench air and integrated control system

该系统含供风空调、集成控制、冷却吹风装置等（部分装置含上油系统）。The system includes air handling, integrated control and quench air blow device, some of which include spin finish applicator.

依据所纺纤维品种，选用系列化的标准模块化单元，组成人性化的集成控制系统，满足不同纤维品种工艺需求。采用高精度传感器及稳定的控制系统，位间风速差异小。每位吹风装置都力争得到适合的风压、风量、风速、风温。同时该控制系统还具有对系统中易损易耗、需定期清洗部件进行监测提醒功能。工作人员在手持终端全部掌控，降低了工艺人员的工作压力，也给维护工作带来了便利。

As per specific fiber variety, standard module series are opted to form user-friendly integrated control system to facilitate various fiber production. By means of highly accurate transmitter and stable control system, it features less difference of air velocity between units. Each quench air unit is designed to obtain proper air pressure, volume, velocity and temperature.
